A Full-Building Caulking Package Across an 18-Month Program

AusCaulking delivered a major new-build caulking package across the Newmarket Randwick development over an 18-month construction program.

The scope extended across virtually every stage of the project, from basement fire-rated and expansion joints through to internal finishes, glazing, balconies and external hardscape areas.

The size and duration of the package demonstrate AusCaulking’s ability to remain embedded within a major construction program over the long term, adapting as different areas became ready while maintaining consistency across a wide range of joint types.
