The Australian Caulking Company was engaged by Icon Metal to deliver commercial caulking, window caulking services and sealant services at St Marys Metro Station.

Works included architectural glazing, lift shafts, escalators, staircases and pedestrian footbridges within a major rail infrastructure environment.

AusCaulking completed internal and external sealing to:

Window and glazing perimeters

Products & Materials

The project used DOWSIL™ 791 Weatherproofing Silicone and DOWSIL™ 795 Structural Glazing Sealant for durable glazing and façade applications.

The Detail

Confined Access Within a Rail Infrastructure Environment

Confined lift shaft access required mobile scaffolding to safely complete glazing and perimeter sealing works.

AusCaulking also maintains Rail Industry Worker (RIW) certifications and subscriptions, supporting our ability to work on rail and transport infrastructure projects.
