Project Overview
AusCaulking delivered large-scale commercial caulking and sealant services to selected façade panels at 275 Kent Street in Sydney’s CBD. The package covers approximately 6,900m² of façade, equating to an estimated 20,700 lineal metres of joint sealing.
The scale of the package demonstrates AusCaulking’s capacity to manage substantial high-rise caulking works across extended construction programs.

DOWSIL 791 is suited to façade and weather-sealing applications where movement capability, durability and long-term weather resistance are important.
The Detail
A key challenge was access, with façade works completed from mast climbers and swing stages in a high-rise Sydney CBD environment.
All installers were required to hold current working-at-heights certification and comply with strict high-risk safety procedures. Tools and equipment were individually registered and tethered, with daily checks ensuring all items taken onto the façade were accounted for.
The project also highlights our experience delivering caulking services in high-rise maintenance Sydney CBD environments, where access, dropped-object controls and working-at-heights compliance are critical.
